| এটি একটি Interrogative sentence এর Narration যেখানে boy-noun কে Address কে উক্তিটি করা হয়েছে। এ ধরনের speech –কে Indirect করার নিয়ম- Addressing + the (যদি প্রয়োজন হয়) + noun + comma + Reporting verb এর Subject + ask/asked + Object (যদি থাকে) + বাকি অংশ (যদি থাকে) + inverted comma –এর পরিবর্তে if/whether বা WH. Word থাকলে সেগুলো + Reported speech এর tense অনুযায়ী verb –এর পরিবর্তন, number, person অনুযায়ী- noun/pronoun গুলোর পরিবর্তন করে ও অন্যান্য পরিবর্তন যোগ্য word থাকলে সেগুলো পরিবর্তন করে, Reported speech কে Assertive-এ পরিণত করতে হয়। এক্ষেত্রে, এই নিয়মানুযায়ী indirect speech টি দাঁড়ায়- Addressing the boy, he asked him (boy) to tell him if the miller was within. আপনি যুক্ত করতে চাইলে কমেন্টে লিখেন। |
